This intensive four-week Complete Beginners course is a gentle, introduction to your yoga practice. If you are brand new to yoga or are trying to re-learn the basics so that you feel comfortable learning about alignment before attending challenging classes...Let me be your yoga tutor!

Week 1: Foundations—Basic Postures | Yoga Philosophy

Week 2: Energize—Sun Salutations | Breathing Exercises

Week 3: Balance—Meditation | Warrior Sequence

Week 4: Release— Inversions | Restorative Postures

We will meet once a week for 1 hour. In our sessions you will get a customized practice on what works best for your body. I will introduce you to physical postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness. We will try guided meditations and work with essential oils and crystals too!

Join me in this 4-week intro series where you will learn the fundamentals of some of the main basic poses so you can build the foundation for a healthy yoga practice.
